The project acts as an extension to the Existing Production Setup of 3 Floors. The new tier beneath the existing roof pitch calls for production of Circuit Boards and a Small Dining Space.

Not designed but executed with the idea of open space planning and flexible furniture systems, that contribute to open and interactive working environment.

The material Palette has been kept minimal to Kotah Stone, Cement Finish and Metal Fabrication with Plywood that create a calming working ambience.
